Dr.Chafins’s nurses are rude and not helpful at all. After calling in with a flair and to explain that I had not received an appointment from another doctor that I was referred to I was lectured by the nurse asking well “what do you to want our office to do, and advised that it was not their office’s fault or responsibility as to why the other facility I had been referred had not scheduled me.
