I had the pleasure of building my house with Chaffey Construction. It started off with meeting the owner, Rick, and going over what I had planned for the lot. He and his team helped me develop a budget that was balanced with both the upgrades I asked for and cost effectiveness. We've had nothing but trouble with our build. Relentless turnover in their organization has led to inconsistency in design, inadequate resources, and poor work quality. Their initial estimate was off by 20%, and the timeline has been extended by 5 months. We have had contractors damage the home and it has sat unresolved for 16 months. We now have an attorney involved. Just a horrible experience all the way around. Hopefully, this review will help others make informed decisions. Very regretful
