I have to find a new gastro. Every time I go into to see him he tells me my condition stumps him. He told me he would consult another doctor for my next visit, but when I came back he said he hadn't done it. He wanted me to do all these experimental studies and infusions which, of course, insurance would not cover. The last time I had to see a PA (Karen Rushman- who told me to shoot myself because I took prescribed steroids to try to stop my flare up)- they ordered tests and sent them to a lab which was not covered by my ins... read more
My experience with Dr Hatfield was Great!! I can only say I wouldn't want any other doctor.
Doctor was rude and suggested all my symptoms were stress related cared more about me not working than my symptoms I suggest you find a different doctor
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hatfield. He cares about his patients. I recommend him to everyone.
Dr. Hatfield is such a caring doctor. He sits and listens to his patients and helps. As an 84 year old patient he had always made me feel comfortable and listened to. If you are looking one of the best doctors around you have found him!
No communication with patient. Treated like number. Can get no information about procedure results etc.

Excellent physician, ordered tests for me and found some serious problems. I am so grateful for his bedside manner and his concern with my health. Great man. I will be his patient for a long time hopefully.
What a GREAT doctor. I really believe he cares about his patients.
