Very spacious bedrooms, and large kitchen for cooking and entertaining. Maintenance responds quickly and office staff is very responsive.
I highly recommend Chadwick!! I love the layout of the Apartment! All the staff are very friendly and always there to help me!!
The manager Jed is awesome but the places are priced entirely too high for what they offer! Maintenance takes long and the things that go wrong simply should not at that price point!

I was living at Chadwick since 2014 and recently moved due to needing more space for my family. I decided to move to the area after riding by a few times to check it out and noticing how quiet the neighborhood was, it was upkept, had a pool and decent schools especially the elementary school. Tina and Tabitha were awesome I definitely missed them but the new staff were okay as well.
