I would find a better resource within your community. After the last ED got caught sleeping with a member the current board wanted to keep her as an ED. Colleen Roberts is a blatant homophobic racist and shouldn’t be involved in the community like this. The current ED Lorrie Wick took the job because of the $75,000 pay rate and completely ignored any complaints of homophobia and racism when brought up.
