From my initial call, I was greeted by Laura who is very pleasant. I really enjoyed Dr. Prodromos cool demeanor. He is very easy to follow and I was not confused about what I needed to do next.
Dr. Chad has been realistic and supportive throughout the process. The autologus stem cell procedure was completed at the Nassau facility. Dr. Chad was available following the procedure to provide support as needed. The stem cell injections provided the elimination of daily joint pain. The resulting recovery far exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Dr. Chad & the entire staff for educating me throughout the process.
Discussed knee issue for several minutes and developed solid plan to correct.
Dr. Prodromos is very personable, knowledgeable and up to date with new research. I am a professional as well and I was pleasantly surprised by his wonderful bedside manners and diagnostic skills. He seemed very assuring , encouraging and supportive throughout my healing process. His treatment worked very well for me. I will be referring patients to him in the future.
