Been coming here for years but have had enough and going elsewhere. Very rude reception staff. Belittling to people. Wait time is ridiculous. Always an ‘emergency’. Don’t like flu or sick people in waiting room. It’s a doctors surgery! Tried other clinics. Much more welcoming. And cheaper!
The only Reason I still go to this clinic is to see Dr Quddus she has been our family doctor for almost 8 years now and has always provided the most professional care and looked after our physical and Mental health. Even after experiencing a very unpleasant experience with the lady at the reception(Angela) awhile back I still Chose to go back because Dr Quddus is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable Doctors me and my son have had the pleasure of being treated by.
I have been a long term patient at Chadstone Road. Doctor Quddus listens, she follows up and provides excellent care. Her work with allied professionals has helped me greatly to mange my general health and wellbeing.
Since finding this clinic, we’ve truly experienced what family care should feel like. The doctor isn’t just a physician — they’re a partner in our health journey. Calm, attentive, and genuinely caring. It’s more than just a visit.”
