I found Chad after a Google search for brake services. I called him up and was able to get in the same day. In discussing needs, he said he quotes high, assuming everything would need to be done (pads, rotors, labor). Once he did the free inspection, he was able to determine that I only needed rear pads immediately (they were squeaking a lot and as he showed me after the service, the pads were down to bare bones).
