ZERO is too good for this man. Screwed me over $405.00 to "fix" my refrigerator. Worked for "minutes", froze up. Returned two more times an said he needs an additional $350. Left parts behind never reinstalling them. By that time I lost hundreds of dollars in frozen foods. I did not continue throwing out my money and purchased a new refrigerator.

This guy, his name is Chris, came to our store, charged us $ 45 for his visit and never gave us a receipt. He told us we have a damage that could cost around $600, which was absolutely out of proportion because a technician who came later charged us $170. Besides he took our ladder (it costs $170) and never gave it back. It is really sad ! Be careful !
Zero stars would be more appropriate. These guys need to be put in jail. Only use this company if you hate your time and your money AND don't want your appliance fixed. They came to my house twice, charged me twice, didn't fix anything, and were basically worthless. They claim they will pay me back, but never have. Note that the five star review here -- from Chad Vergho -- is from the company owner. All other reviews are like mine. Also, his "address" is not real -- it is a UPS store.
A THIEF AND A LIAR TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER SEEN HIM AGAIN WONT ANSWER CALLS OR ANYTHING HE WILL PAY BELIEVE ME!!
