There is NO parking after 10pm. They make residents park on the street by a busy road or two blocks away, the pool water tastes like vomit that they've cover up with more chlorine, they let animals scream/bark all day long with no consequences or regard for night workers, they don't make people follow the parking rules so my mother never has anywhere to park because everyone's friends are in the handicapped parking stalls!! I hated it! 3/10
I had a really great experience with Amelia at Chadds Ford Apartments. She was very kind, patient, and helpful throughout my apartment search. I had a lot of questions, and she always took the time to answer them and give me all the information I needed. I also really appreciated that she never pressured me to make a decision. She wanted me to take my time and choose what was best for me. She even offered to take a nighttime photo of the view so I could see what it looked like in the evening, which was really thoughtful.
