Too much to go into detail.. absolutely terrible leasing agency!! TRUST ME, Whatever you do, DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Horrible lease! On a positive note, Marilyn and Brianna were always professional and kind. None of what I experienced there was their fault, they just happen to work there and are following the rules.. but damn, the leasing company is absolutely horrible. Just a terrible experience, WAY TOO MUCH to go into details but contact me if interested in learning :)
I can’t say enough good things about the leasing team at Chadds ford apartments. From the moment we walked through the door, they were incredibly welcoming, professional, and ready to assist us in every way possible. We were in a bit of a tricky situation and needed a place urgently, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The areas are very clean, green with flowers, the girls in the office and the maintenance people are very friendly, they speak English and Spanish, a good vibe is felt. Las áreas están muy limpias , verdes con flores las chicas de la oficina y los de mantenimiento son muy amables hablan inglés y español se sienta una buena vibra
Marilyn and Andrea are doing great job. I am loving this community.
Parking for tenants can be an issue especially on the weekends
