Great amazing place with great property managers
I was initally excited to rent a unit from Chadds Ford, but have decided not to, based on the fact that the office manager was not honest with me about the costs involved. When I toured the unit I had planned on renting, I asked several times what, other than the rent, were my financial obligations. What she repeatedly told me, and what actually I was responsible for on paper; were two different things.
