Great amazing place with great property managers
I was initally excited to rent a unit from Chadds Ford, but have decided not to, based on the fact that the office manager was not honest with me about the costs involved. When I toured the unit I had planned on renting, I asked several times what, other than the rent, were my financial obligations. What she repeatedly told me, and what actually I was responsible for on paper; were two different things. I have lived in Chadds ford apartments going on 2 years and have really felt like this is home! Management is on top of cleanness and concerns. My unit gets new yearly filters and maintenance checks to make sure I am as comfortable as possible in my home.
