awful customer service. i called to make an appt for a pap smear and she told me that they didnt have anything available until the beginning of march. the first question they asked was for my social security number and they said that it was to "build my profile"... i told her that i dont feel comfortable with that & i dont legally have to give it and i will give her any other info, then 2 minutes later she then said that there isnt anything available until the end of april...i asked her how that happened and what happened to... read more
