Chad was an absolute God Send when we were buying here in Winnipeg. As military members, we only have a very short period of time to do a house hunting trip and Chad made the entire week all about us. On top of that, he helped us to navigate the somewhat strange rules Manitoba has in order to make buying a home here relatively painless. I would highly recommend him to anyone and especially to any military families coming or going.
