Chad is a wonderful Realator who goes out of his way to make sure the deals we want to happen go through. He is always accessible and responsive, days, nights, or weekends. His local market knowledge was invaluable, and his general understanding and helpfulness of all the things we ran into, even outside of his scope of responsibility, was impressive.
