⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 11/10 — Chad doesn’t just sell houses… he performs REAL ESTATE MIRACLES. I’ve known Chad for a long time, and he helped me buy a home with my ex. We looked at what felt like approximately 7,000 houses in a very short amount of time 😂 — exhausting every possible avenue to find something that worked within our budget. I've worked with Chad on multiple deals and gotta say, if I wasn't an agent myself I'd go to him. LOL He really takes care of his clients. He's organized, honest, attentive to the details and listens to his clients needs as well as the agents he's working with on a deal. He's a good guy.
Working with Chad on the other side of a transaction was a great experience. He was attentive, responsive, and professional from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, including evenings and weekends when needed, which made for a very smooth transaction. It’s always appreciated when the listing agent is proactive and easy to work with. I look forward to working with Chad again in the future.
