I recently had the opportunity to work with Chad Theisen on the closing of a multi-family property, and I was extremely impressed with the level of service he provided throughout the transaction. Chad was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable from start to finish. I would recommend Chad Theisen to anyone looking for a realtor who delivers top-notch service and makes complex transactions feel seamless.

Chad did a phenomenal job helping me sell my business. From day one I was super impressed with the amount of attention and work Chad was putting in to helping me sell. We sold very quickly and it was seamless!!

Chad did an excellent job representing the listing side of my buyer’s transaction. He was professional, responsive, and great to work with throughout the entire process. His communication made everything smooth and helped keep the deal on track from start to finish. I appreciate the way he handled the transaction and would gladly work with him again.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Chad (buyer agent) and me as listing agent. He was a great agent throughout the entire process, keeping his clients informed, great at efficient problem solving, and always timely, thorough, and responsive. I’m always thankful to work with agents that can successfully navigate the home sale process, and do it in a graceful way, which Chad did effortlessly. I highly recommend Chad, whether you’re working with him as an agent, or using him to buy or sell your home.
