We closed on a house in June 2017, we ask agent Raquel S**** with Signature Real Estate Group, to provide us with the licensee who fix the house, never heard anything from her, and since we moved to the house we start encountering problem after the other 1- car door broke and did not have sensor. 2- AC big Issue specially during the heat, we had to buy portable one to survive that problem 3- Plumbing cost me over $6000 not paid by the Insurance no cold water in the shower, plus discovering some mold while fixing lickage prob... read more
