I can’t recommend Chard enough! He made moving from out of state as easy and stress free as possible with communication on updates, answering any of our many questions, and checking in with us along the way. Not only that but he went above and beyond with the little things, like keeping an eye on our 8 month old while napping so we could really look at each of the houses he took us to. I will be recommending him to anyone needing a realtor going forward.
