Chad went above and beyond my expectations. His suggestions were very helpful in making sure our house sold quickly. The pictures he took and posted certainly showed our home in its best light. He was always punctual with appointments and was with us every step of the way. He calmed my anxieties and worked with the buyer’s realtor to assure a smooth transition of ownership. HE IS THE BEST!
