Chad is fantastic to work with. He made listing and selling our house a breeze. He took fantastic photos, held an open house, marketed like crazy and was able to get a ton of foot traffic into our home which resulted in a sale. He’s personable, patient, knowledgeable and very supportive. We would recommend him to everyone!
