Was literally just on hold for 15 minutes and never was helped. Ended up hanging up. Your pizza might be good, but your service is not.

Based on delivery, I definitely give them 5 stars! I love that they deliver to Hudson anyway, but along with that, the pizza is always very fresh and delicious! It's also a relatively quick delivery, always just within an hour, compared to the other pizza place that will deliver to Hudson. Based on dine in service, that's a little hit and miss. While the food is always really, really good, the service and wait time is hit and miss. The bacon cheeseburger pizza is amazing!!

Reading past reviews, looks like it's hit and miss on the service. Husband and I went, poor service, waitress didn't know what kind of pop they had. Husband's food got delivered to the table first. Mine came about 20 minutes later, but I couldn't eat it , because I had no silverware. Finally got waitress' attention and asked her for boxes. We left and heated up our food at home. It was ok, but not worth going back for.
Absolutely love the pizza!! Probably my favorite in the area, I order from here all the time!
Nope! Never again. Pizza is flat, crust is rubbery, way over priced for the amount of pizza you get. I would rather have Little C's than this. It's pretty bad. Don't forget to add the girl up front embarrassing and saying rude comments to my wife and son when they picked up pizza.
First timer... I'd definitely order it again. Delivered in less than an hour. Pizza was hot and delicious. The $6 delivery fee was a tad bit steep but worth it.
