Poor service, more with kitchen, cook has no idea that appetizer comes before main course. Crazy slow on all area's. Been there a few times in last 2 years. always the same poor service.
UPDATE: Alex Funke contacted me after the below post was made and resolved the issue. We appreciate this as we enjoy ordering from Chad’s Pizza. I wish I could post more than one picture of the burnt pizzas I received that also was delivered late! I asked to have someone contact me about the pizzas being burnt and didn’t receive a call back. The app gave me one price and my receipt said another. Not happy!!! We typically order large orders from Chads Pizza but we will be finding another pizza place.
:( tried to get pizza delivered, the app said you don't deliver to our location, we are in cedar falls? Tried to get carry out this weekend. The waitress walked past us three times, not even I'll be with you in a moment. We left.
Without a doubt one of my top 3 places to get a pie in the Cedar Valley. Local, fresh, and fantastic service. TOP NOTCH!!!
Not understanding or sympathetic when they get your order wrong. 0/10 do NOT recommend to anyone EVER. ESPECIALLY if you have any food limitations or allergies, make sure to order elsewhere!!!
My husband and I just ate at Chad's Pizza tonight for the very 1st time!! We ordered the "Panther (jumbo) Pizza". I can honestly say, IT WAS THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE EATEN, in a very long time!! Had plenty of leftovers to bring home, for another meal! Thank you for an amazing pizza tonight!! WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN!!!
