Chad Richardson was very informative and thorough. I did not feel rushed at all. He had an audiologist do several test while I was there and discussed the results with me and I felt confident with the visit when I left. From check in to finish it was a smooth process.
Dr chad Richardson is an amazing ENT doctor . He is very knowledgeable, patient, and always takes the time to listen and answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. My daughter has received excellent care from him, and we always feel confident that she’s in good hands. One of the things I appreciate most is how easy it is to get an appointment when we need one. His staff is also kind and helpful. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and skilled ENT specialist.
