Very nice and attentive concerned about treating and correcting the issues. Happy we were seen quickly and follow up went well.
Dr. Richardson explained everything clearly and showed me test results. He even explained some things when I needed clarification.
Chad is a valuable addition to Middle TN. I have had wonderful visit with Chad as he works on my ears. Very professional and he has given me great results. The results from yesterday are fantastic and I am so very happy.
