Chad was our agent for our recent purchase of a home in Preston Hollow. Throughout the buying process, Chad's counsel was very welcome. He was clearly working with us to find "our" house rather than just pushing us to put down an offer quickly. Chad is a very friendly and knowledgeable realtor. I highly recommend him. He helped me find my first home and navigate the process. What I like about Chad is that he’s personable so you can be completely honest about what you’re looking for and isn’t going to push you to make a decision on something you’re not 100% about. He will give you genuine advice and make sure you get what you want in a home. Great experience overall.
