I gave two stars rather than one as he did successfully bill our insurance company...end of positives My wife sought help from Dr. Westphal (DW) for a tendon that would periodically pop out of a groove in her ankle. It was not painful but rather annoying. She could not reproduce the symptom in DW's office but he felt surgery was the way to fix it. I found out the day of surgery, in pre-op, that he would get in there and see what was going on. I asked if he had any kind of imaging on which to refer and he said no. No CT Scan ... read more
Overall, just not a good experience.
Brought my 87 yo mom to Dr Westphal for assessment of foot issues created by past surgeries in TX. Contrary to past reviews he and his staff were extremely kind and professional.
Best Surgeon! Takes his time with you and very knowledgeable.
