If I could give Dr. Chad Allen and his team 10 stars, I absolutely would! From the moment I called the office, the front receptionist Jessica was professional, friendly, and incredibly patient. I called quite a few times with questions about our insurance (okay, a lot of times ), and she answered each one without hesitation and got me connected with Jackie. Highly recommend Dr. Allen and his staff! They were very professional and accommodating. I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Dr. Allen was very gentle, informative and thorough. He explained exactly what he was going to do and made sure all my questions were answered. I also appreciate how friendly the front office staff Jacky and Jessica were. They were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. Definitely recommend this office for all your oral surgery needs!
I was very nervous going back to the dentist. My dentist referred me to Dr. Allen for wisdom teeth extraction. Surprisingly, a pleasant experience. Dr. Allen and his staff were very courteous. My procedure went without complications and I was provided with some supplies for the recovery process. I paid out-of-pocket, without insurance. Procedures like this are expensive but the price wasn't outragous. I'd say it was pretty reasonable. There's a consulation and x-ray fee for your first visit. I love the music it was so calming and then the doctor himself he is amazing with his consultation he really takes the time to find out about you and ask you questions.
