Very attentive, very thorough answering all questions in layman's terms. Chad was relaxed and easy to talk to. Came away feeling we had known each other for years. Seemed like part of the family. Easily instilled confidence. Nice sense of humor too.

The care I received was phenomenal. Dr Harbour was very personable and more than willing to answer questions I had. We had a tragedy in our family the same day as my appointment. He was very kind, and the nurse that came in before him was as well.

Dr Harbour did two hip replacements for me. The first went perfectly and I appreciated his listening, care and concern. During the second the femoral nerve was damaged leaving me with eventually with an atrophied muscle and very susceptible to falls, unable to go up steps in the normal way.He assisted me in getting physical therapy to deal with the condition but it has not recovered and it is now two years since the surgery.
