Only use Chad if you want your neighborhood littered with broken flags. He distributes small american flags before the 4th of July every year, many of which get knocked down, broken and kicked into the street within hours. Most end up in the trash, if the neighborhood is lucky. Some end up in the storm drain and ocean. Requests to discontinue this littering are unanswered by chad.

My brother and I just sold our aunt's condo with Chad and his sister-in-law, Patty Best. These two were phenomenal! They were involved every step of the way; suggested a great option to help us sell her belongings, recommended a painter, carpet layer and stager, who were all terrific.
