As a first time homebuyer couldn't of had a better experience then with Chad . He's open and honest and there to answer any questions you have day and night , including helping you out after the purchase is made as well. In no way does he push you in regards to certain places and is even honest in regards to things to look out for on the negative side of things when looking at different places. Chad hit it out of the park! He's been dealing with my random "what do you think of this house" for probably the past 5 years and has always delivered the best/honest information. He will always be our go to realtor and I refer him to our friends and family all of the time!
