Dr. Hartley has performed two back fusions and a neck fusion for me over the past ten years. He never made me feel that surgery was my only option as he recommends other pain relieving methods prior to his performing surgery. I am so appreciative of his skill and thankful he is in Lake Havasu.

Staff is rude, lies and is unprofessional. I wish there was a lower rating for this despicable office and doctor. Front staff lied and said he was the only spine doctor in Mohave county
