I enjoyed working with Chad on a recent home I had listed. I was so relieved to see that Chad was the buyer's agent. When some challenges arose he and I worked together to solve them. He was a great communicator and really looked out for his clients while also understanding the importance of thinking through different ways to solve the challenges.
