Super Smooth Transaction...Great JOB!
I enjoyed working with Chad on a recent home I had listed. I was so relieved to see that Chad was the buyer's agent. When some challenges arose he and I worked together to solve them. He was a great communicator and really looked out for his clients while also understanding the importance of thinking through different ways to solve the challenges. Other agents may not have had the win-win perspective like he did! I hope to do more deals with Chad!
