Had an appointment today with Ashley to cover my gray roots and a trim, and I’ve found my new go-to person in LA! Ashley is just lovely, and she did an amazing job with both the color and cut. The whole operation is very professional and friendly, and has a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!
I booked an appt two weeks in advance for a blowout. I was coming into town for a wedding. I got a million emails and texts confirming my appt and they even had my credit card on hold saying they would charge me if I cancelled. 1.5 hrs before my appt Leslie the stylist texts me saying she had an emergency and needed to cancel. I asked if she can set me up with someone else at the salon and got no response. It was extremely unprofessional and so rude. Truly disappointed with their customer service.
