Outstanding, compassionate care being provided to my mom during her stay. The nurses on 4 Garrison are the absolute best. Many thanks to all of you and especially Dr. Joventino and the cath lab team for coming in on a Saturday to take care of us. You've treated us like family - it doesn't get better than that!
To bad I cant make it zero stars. Ive been waiting for a room for 2 and a half hours you people suck
I took my brother there last year with a head injury he split his head open a little, I was worried he had a concussion and they made him sit in the waiting room for 4 hours. 3 hours into waiting, he was feeling dizzy and nauseous, so I said something to one of the ladies at the desk and they didn't do anything, and he sat there for another hour before they finally took him in. I have always been treated with respect and treatment has always been through. Even though I live in Portsmouth, I will come to this ER every time!!
Just had to bring my little guy (2 yrs old) in for tubes and was astonished with the amazing care, support and kindness that was given to my baby boy and our family! Every single staff member we eencountered greeted us with a smile, kind/earnest words, and just helped us to feel at ease during a pretty scary time. Thank you all!
For those of you who have Benign Paroxysmal Postional Vertigo know it's a train wreck to go though but two speciall ladies in the Physical Therapy Dept. are the ones that have helped me recover and understand my vestibular diorder. Lindsay and Jessica have been instrumental in helping me though my difficulities. I know that I will no doubt see them again at some point but to know that these ladies are available for me is wonderful. Thanks and hugs to both of you!
I was in for eight days and I must say the entire staff from Doctors, nurses, medical technicians, and all related support staff were absolutely friendly, professional and made my stay very comfortable!
Went to ER on3-29-15 for a COPD crisis...told me to let my pulmonologist know for follow up....got an appointment 23 days later!
I went to Lee Urgent Care, which belongs to WDH. I felt very well taken care by the nurses and the provider.
