The walk in center is HORRIBLE! been sitting here for well over an hour in a room. Still have yet to be seen. My 3 year old is here to be seen with me and is FREAKING out. Completely rude staff. Horrible place to go. 2 seconds from walking out. Berwick walk in is so much better!
The ED staff sucks, they treat everyone with a tattoo as though they are there for drugs rather than addressing the problem. I know this area is on the middle of an opiate problem but the PA's, nurses & doctors need to stop profiling people.

In ER for 6 I/2 hours after falling and banging my head on a very hard surface. Techs, EMTs from Barrington Ambulance were great. Doug from Carivan was wonderful and I am sorry to have scared him. Nurses didn't seem to care much, I saw them three times for seconds at a time. I had 9 staples in my head but no one offered to wash the blood off me or give me a drink of water the whole time.
