Jaime and the family are hardworking, honest, and have a passion for this business. They offer hardwood flooring, carpet, laminate, tile, vinyl etc.The shop is well organized and you can find displays and samples. There is also customer parking available in front. I think it's special to see multiple generations work together.

They are very trustworthy! I had Chacon refinish my floors 8 years ago when I was trying to sell my building and they did beautiful work so I hired them last year to install new floors in my dining area and match them to my living area. The new floors were not perfect. There was some buckling and separation that didn't look good. Jaime and his team returned a year later and refinished the new floors PLUS the entire living area so it all blends. He did not charge me for this. From the very beginning when we stepped into Chacon's warehouse in SF, we met Jamie Jr. who helped us select a waterproof vinyl floor for a rental property we were renovating. He was extremely nice and helpful. We ended up not only buying the laminate flooring but also broadloom carpet for the bedrooms. They, Jamie Jr. & Jamie Sr, were kind enough to store the materials in their warehouse while we waited for the much delayed kitchen & bath cabinets to be installed.
