Dr. Chacon is the best therapist I have ever had. I had gone through so many bad ones until I found her. I've suffered my entire life with severe depression, anxiety and OCD. I lost all hope for getting better because none of my other therapists helped me. Once I started seeing Dr. Chacon, that all changed. She is so kind and compassionate and helped me with breakthrough after breakthrough. She made me see that my life was worth living. I credit her for saving my life.

The comfort and zen of Dr. Chacon's space is homing, in the kind of way that it settles you down when you feel like you are all over the place. My mind can be bouncing, my body full of cortisol, the anxiety off the charts, the depression heavy - and then I walk in, sit down and sometimes we just sit in silence for a few minutes. Sometimes she asks me to close my eyes. Sometimes I'm asking her to repeat what she said so I can write down the exact words to review. It's exactly what I need.

Dr. Chacon has been instrumental in helping me cope with anxiety. She listens intently and offers guidance in many forms, whether it be simply listening to your struggles, answering questions you have, offering advice for moving forward, and/or providing other resources to help complement therapy, such as books or mobile apps. Dr. Chacon truly cares about her patients, and I would recommend her to anyone.
