Rena I guess i can agree to with a lot of buyers who have dealth with Chacon. They will put you in A car; it may not be what you want but they will also manage to find a way to gouge more money out of you. They will REPO the vehicle in a heartbeat luckily there are a ton of other lots on that same strip that will get you into a vehicle.
Buyers BEWARE i but a truck from them and had it repo. They are not good with working with you they act like they are helping you but all they want is to screw you in the long run. I had this truck for a year and had always tried to be on top of my payment, but every time i payed another payment was due and always keep me behind. They said that they were tired of me even when i had full payment to catch up. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM CHACON AUTOS I would not recommend this car lot to anyone. They got me into a car that I've always wanted but only after having it for 6 months my transmission went out. They tricked me. When I first got this car, my engine light was on. I took it back to them the next day to see why my engine light was on. They told me it was because I didnt put the gas cap back on tight after getting gas. The real reason my engine light was on was because my transmission was about to go out and they knew this. Awesome 2nd Chance Dealership!!!! Chacon has been nothing but good to me the last 6 years. Yes, they will come and get your car if you do not communicate with them. The first car I bought from them they did repo, because I had a nasty account manager that did not understand financial probelms, because she was about 20 years old with no responsibility. THEY ARE RUDE! This company workers have very bad attitudes. The company have you on hold for a longtime and they will try to f**k you over if they can. I got my first car from them and i will NEVER in my life buy a other one from this company and i will NEVER tell friends, family or anyone else to buy a car from them. This company needs to get better. Please dont buy a car from them!
great deals I got a car from Chacon and was very happy. The salesman, Dj was very nice and worked hard to get me a good deal. I would recommend them to anyone and I will be back for my next car in a few years.
WARNING: Do not go here Yes, they got me in a car, but I guess they needed to make a little extra cash this week. They repo'd the car even though I had made all payments (on time too) and had current insurance. Why? Apparently they don't like my insurance company. I had to change insurance companies AND pay them $378 just to get my car back, even though "oh no mam, your account is in good standing.". I'm so mad. Does anyone have the phone # for channel 4?
Chacon Autos is A RIP OFF!!! I purchased a vehicle with this dealer and always made timely payments even extra every month up until September...they repo'd my car even after I had informed them I lost my job and had just accepted a new one. They did not care, a little over thirty days late...what a waste of hard earned money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER.
1 I BEG you PLEASE do not go to this company!!!! Very unprofessional and unwilling to work with you. I was in need of a bigger car because I was having another child I didn't have much of an option. So found one. Come to find out later on total changes and have me some bs answer. Next thing. My car was repoed yesterday due to no ins and being behind on payments.
