It doesn't even deserve a star period. I've had my car for less than 6 months. It's already broke down. There's nothing they'll do to help me. And I pay $800 a month on my car.
The selling cars with bad transmission problems Everyone that's bought a car from this place transmission goes out in 6 months. They want people to pay to pay alot of money every two weeks.
very crappy car lots like to steal peoples money over charge them. managers lie alot they cant get money from u for insurance so they lie and say well u cant pay monthly because u still have to pay the month .. i was lied to when i bought the car was told i could pay full month and that was a lie .... will never do service here again hopefully trading the car soon.......if i could give no stars i would

I bought my car from Pete in Lewisville and have had no problems with my car or the people that work there (Good People) Its simple folks make your payments on time and keep your car insurance current and you will have no problems! LOVE THIS PLACE I worked with a salesman in Lewisville Texas by the name of Keith. Not only was he very professional and kind. But he was willing to go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. They were all very upfront and honest going into the purchase and I knew exactly what I was up for. My vehicle had to go to the shop and the service again was very professional and fast.; Thanks Chacon autos for all the work you do!
CROOKS at CHACON MOTORS This dealership or should I say so-called dealership is crooked. I do not use this word lightly. Over the telephone and on the Internet we discussed a downpayment of $800.00. When I got there the went up to $1600.00. I did not want to get into the deal but they made it sound so easy to do. They only problem was the doubled the payments into my $300 car payment over a 3 month period. My payments were at 600.00 a month. MAKE YOUR PAYMENTS PEOPLE I really enjoyed my car buying experience with the lot in Grand Prairie Texas. The salesman was great. I got the car I wanted with low miles and I will only be paying for it for 3 years not 5 or 6. Just make your payments on time because they are sub-prime (2nd chance) financing company. They can't continue to allow clients to be late. I would recommend them to someone who has a few bumps and bruises on their credit.

The Devil workshop I just hate the way they talk to you, I have been a loyal customer for over 11 years now and within those years I have purchase 4 cars from these people. This business have went down I remember when people like Bruce that worked there, and treated you with respect, and talk with kindness in his heart, since he is gone ain't nothing there but the GOONS!!!!!! and old people and people that does not take customer service at heart.
