Always very quick, very nice, and polite! Does a great job
WOULD NOT MOVE HERE! They simply do not care about their tenants. They push everything that should be important under the rug. We had ac problems that did not get resolved until I had to get very ugly with them. Don’t even think about putting in a “maintenance” request because most of the time they are “short handed” for weeks or simply will close out your request and pretend they have no knowledge of what happened to it. I will be posting a review every day until our apartment is at a livable temperature. (Will be editing this review since I can't post more than once.) This is unit 403 and it is unbearably hot, especially in the master bedroom which we haven't been able to use in two months or more. The property managers and maintenance workers tell us that the AC is working well and that it is because of our vaulted ceilings and that we don't have blackout curtains. Don’t move here. I emailed Charity and Cheryl, the property manager and assistant property manager, about ongoing AC issues. Charity responded saying that this is normal and “functioning as it should”. If it was functioning properly, our apartment would not reach 87 degrees regularly during the day. They are completely apathetic to the issues and do not care about fixing any issues.
