True professionals and down to earth staff. My whole family actually loves going to the dentist. Ashley deserves a raise Todd!!!
I came in for tooth pain and asked for a X-ray; it felt like something was stuck in my tooth or gum. After the Dr. Checking my mouth twice, I was advised everything looked fine. As of today 10/01 I was still in pain and went to another Dr. They did a X-ray andimmediately and found I had a abscece and needed a root canal. I had that done today, but I truly believe if Dr. Johnson had done a X-ray from the beginning this problem could've been found and corrected.
I love your office and your staff. It's a wonderful environment and I'm not "scared" to go to the dentist anymore. This is the best dentist office I have ever been to and would definitely recommend to my friends and family .
Cleaning was good but the hyginest needs to clean a little deeper, it seems like she was scared she was going to hurt me. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I loved that I was given a t-shirt and all of the goodies. Overall i enjoyed my visit and me and my family will be back.

The staff at Chace Lake were very professional and courteous during my visit. Dr. Howell and staff his truly an asset to Birmingham.
