I loved my experience at Chase Lake Dental. The office staff has wonderful personalities and are very knowledgable of their jobs. I would recommend my family and friends to your office.
Dr. Howell is fantastic! I wish the receptionist or someone informed me before my appointment for wisdom tooth extraction about how to prepare myself for the procedure. However, Dr. Howell was able to put my mind at ease. I expected to be under anesthesia during the extraction but I was Ill-informed that this would not be the case. I wish I was reminded so I could have mentally prepared accordingly. Other than that, the extraction went smoothly! He knows what he is doing. The hygienists are great too! :)

Just as a personal preference, being a person with gum concerns, I'd like to see Chlorhexadine available to use for gum irrigation after a cleaning. Also, while I enjoyed my visit and felt the hygienist did a good job, I felt that I would have liked more focus on getting under the gum line and between my teeth with the scaler, as those are my problem areas. I would have also liked to see that the faucets in the exam room worked so that I could have rinsed my mouth out after the cleaning. Mouth wash would have been nice as we... read more
