My dental cleaning was a pleasant experience! The whole office staff is so nice and helpful. Beautiful office. Dr. Howell is a great dentist.
My cleaning was good, my exam was fine, but the wait time was unacceptable. I was never told there would be a delay, and the apology seemed a bit underwhelming. And the fact that I was a new patient was barely mentioned, more like an after thought. I'll probably come back again because I've already done the paperwork and the location is convenient for me, but the service needs to be much better.
