Easy pick up load washroom inside Sign up near dock 10 white door
I purchased 2 Caribbean Joe OVERSIZED chairs from target. Was sent ones w/o cel holder. Contacted Chaby International online and they sent us a used, stained, not oversized chair. WTH.
TLDR: Warranty not worth the words I bought a Weatherproof umbrella a couple of years ago. It has held up well but one of the tips on the umbrella is gone and I contacted Chaby in June to ask about the warranty. Got a single sentence reply asking for my address for a replacement which I replied to. Two subsequent emails since and I have not received any replacement or even a reply asking what’s happening Do yourself a favour and don’t buy their products counting on them honouring their warranty. Good pick up place
Ordered 2 exact items from this company through Amazon. They didn’t meet expectations so I returned them. Unfortunately, they only credited me for one item and charged me for the other claiming I didn’t return it. Do NOT order from them via Amazon unless you are prepared for a big hassle trying to make a return.
