This so-company is below the worse and if you sign a lease with them it would be like signing your own death certificate. They have bed bugs, mice, roaches and the hallways always smells like dog poop. You will call them and leave messages and they never return phone calls for anything else unless it has something to do with the rent. Who doesn't take calls? How does one not take calls from tenets? How does one stay in business if the y won't take calls?
I tried to see a unit listed on multiple apps as available, scheduled a day and time with Katherine, confirmed with building manager day and time and he told me what I wanted and what is listed is not available. I consider it a bullet dodged after looking at other reviews. This management is obviously negligent.
I have lived at 5630 North Sheridan for some time now! I love my apartment. Lots of natural light and very bathroom and living room. Kitchen is small but Very functional. All the staff are great at the building. You can’t beat the location in Edgewater. So close to all modes of transportation. You can’t get better for the price!
