Buildings are filled with roaches and mice they take cash under the table raise rent and dont fix anything

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had renting in Evanston, looking forward to moving next year.
Don't rent with this company or at this location 6240 N hoyne. ALL apartments are roach and mice invested. Horrible complex does nothing. You pay to park for everyone to park in your spot tow truck never comes. Like new is a scam
Everything needs improvement all properties from Chicago Land all the way up to Kenosha at the Villa Royale. Property Managers are helpful when they can be. They have been able to respond to our issues however, when it comes to the hardware, good luck. Most of these places are early 90s-2000s builds meaning that these properties are 20-30yrs old with old appliances in.
