Lost power to the furnace and had no heat. Called CGS as they originally installed it back in 1992, as i found out. 30+ year old furnace final winter. He recommended replacement and was able to install the following day. Clark provided us with 4 strong electric space heaters to help keep our family warm enough to make it through the night and installation during the morning. CGS has been working on our hvac home matters for many years. Very affordable. Always on time. Excellent workmanship. Gives options for repair, replacement or service. Professional, ethical and sensitive. Community oriented. Wouldn't think of calling anyone else. Hope they don't retire.
One of your drivers drives like a complete a****** I was going 40 on Landon Road which is the speed limit you passed me going about 60 swerving in and out of traffic then I'm Mequon Road he's been swerving in and out of traffic as well you need to check your drivers
We're great to work with at first. They did hack one of my plants without permission but I let it go because he explained that they need more room for thr a/c. Project was incomplete, all we need was our April air installed. We waited all summer. When fall came around we reached out for them to finish the project.
