Three weeks ago, my wife and returned from a getaway only to find out that we were without heat. The owner is unprofessional and unreliable. He installed the equipment, but then doesn’t answer or return calls, makes appointments and doesn’t show, then flips out when you call another company to help when you don’t have heat. Save yourself the headache

Lost power to the furnace and had no heat. Called CGS as they originally installed it back in 1992, as i found out. 30+ year old furnace final winter. He recommended replacement and was able to install the following day. Clark provided us with 4 strong electric space heaters to help keep our family warm enough to make it through the night and installation during the morning.
