CG&S has done several remodeling projects for us over the past several years. We like that it's a family business. All their employees and subs do great work; in fact, it's the best work I've seen in over 40 years of owning and remodeling homes that we've lived in. We contracted with GG&S Design-Build for two projects...kitchen and bath remodel. Really enjoyed working with this group of people from Billy to the laborers...all exceptional. I'd recommend them for any project. They are thorough, professional and above board with their negotiations and dealings. They support their community and they contribute much to the lives they touch.

We have worked with CG&S for many years, they are more like family than just a contractor. The whole company has high standards, and it shows in the finished products. CG&S is always my first recommendation for anyone looking for a design/build firm.

I cannot say enough good about the CG&S Design Build "family!" I had them look at a job to remodel 2 tiny bathrooms and in reviewing the job we found extensive termite damage throughout the house. They helped us through the shock of designing the larger job with care and concern, had an incredible site manager, Jim to hold our hand through the remodeling and followed up even after the warranty period was over. CG&S built a beautiful addition for us. We finished our 900 sq ft addition in Oct '11, on time and on budget. The folks at CG&S are transparent, professional, and caring. Our project manager ran the project as if it was his own home, and we had no stress during construction. The crew was respectful of our home, property, and neighbors. You get what you pay for, and we got the best! We have no regrets about what we spent or what was built. We couldn't be happier. We highly recommend them whenever we can.
