contacted for inspection of AC, the young man on phone was only interested in "selling" me a service contract, said no I just want an inspection, he said since it is free it will be over a week before they get around to it..... they are a scam... stay away from them...

This is the best company in the world! I was without air for a week and stupidly called scott's 24 air. The did nothing for a week and within an hour Joseph from CGM had my air up and working. Joseph was fantastic even though it was 9:45 at night. Very professional and so nice and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you CGM for giving me my sanity back!
We needed service today on our ac unit and they were at our home within an hour after we called...on a Saturday. Best service we've ever had from anyone. Ken was professional and got right to the problem. Thanks CGM!

My AC unit went out late on a Saturday night and I thought for sure that I would be miserable until Sunday or Monday. Not only did CGM show up within and hour but they had the parts on the truck and had us back up within the hour. Thanks for taking care of me and my family!
