Definitely a product worth looking into. Once you get them installed by a professional installer you will understand what everyone's been talking about. It's just not for hurricanes anymore
Ive been installing CGI FOR OVER 3 YEARS! Great product.
Almost every "5 star" review is from an employee so that should say everything...... Terrible customer service. Late to appointments. Doesn't get back to you and doesn't stand by what they say. I called to complain about their technician being over 40 minutes late only to be transferred to "customer service" aka someones voicemail. This is one of many attempts to get them out here to repair a window that they installed MONTHS ago.
