Very disappointed! replaced my 30year old windows which never allowed water/bugs into my home with CGI sliders only to find out that what I thought would be an improvement is NOT. A little bit of rain and the window is designed to allow the water into your home into a channel to drain out it also allows the bugs into your home. Totally disappointed I was not advised before purchase that this is the design. Buyer Beware!
I came home to a living room soaked with water after hurricane Irma.. Only the CGI windows allowed water in . My whole house I installed PGT prior. Also, the inside casing of one the doors was installed actually cracked, broken.My licensed sales person and installer says you would do nothing about it.. I paid over $ 4000 for this window.. I am not happy. I have sent an email weeks ago, gone unanswered.. What kind of business is this??? I am so upset. I have plenty of choices of who to use for my construction
Terrible customer service. No help at all in finding replacement parts for sliding screen doors.
Buyer beware... can’t always be sure that you are getting what you think you ordered. I ordered both operating casement windows and fixed casement windows to be installed in new construction side by side. The problem is they do not make a fixed casement window that matches the operating casement window in the series I specified. The width of the frame is a totally different size and the mullions do not line up. The windows look totally ridiculous next to one another.
