Unfortunately this company is the epitome of the notion take from the poor to line the pockets of the mega-rich. After being a resident of multiple CGI+ properties, I can share first hand that the experience of living in these properties is far from what they advertise. For example, there are untreated infestations. The management does not speak to tenants with respect.
