Lied to by the management company, we were told that we would be able to put double down on a property in order to get the house we wanted...that was a lie they are looking for other more qualified tenants. They said we were denied because our 3x's the monthly amount was short by $14, that is a lie they are supposed to count GROSS which it states in their ad, do not deal with this company all they want is a bunch of tenants to apply for a house in order to get any money from a property. They have been able to keep my rental filled with good tenants. I was never very good at that part and it would sit for a month or so before I could get someone in. They have been a great help!
