I had a house in the Sacramento area and listed my house for them to management. I lost my gardener so I ask CGA if they had gardeners that would do a good job! Well, the gardener basically need to be told every step which didn't work since I lived out of state. He was let go and I found my own gardener. Everything went fine after that until I decided to sell the house. This turned into a nightmare!
